Disenchanted South Africans poke fun at poor physical fitness of the SAPS
South Africans have indeed become so disenchanted with their police-force that they take great pains to photograph them slacking off on duty such as sleeping on the job. Many citizens also poke fun at their obvious lack of physical fitness.. as the following video clip illustrates.
