Knysna Cops
Allegedly Beat Naked Man in his home
Hastings Kadula, a 10 year
resident of Knysna, has laid charges of assault, malicious damage to property
and violation of human rights against the Knysna SAPS after police officers
forced their way into his home, allegedly without a search warrant, and
allegedly beat him.
