Our wonderful judiciary - Two judges arrested for armed robbery

One of the telltale signs that your country is stuffed and a Banana Republic is that the judiciary is corrupt and useless.
That we know already. Just take racist and corrupt Judge John Hlope for instance. He called High Court Judge Joshua Greeff a “piece of white shit who is not fit to walk in the corridors of the High Court” amongst many other controversies.
Or the drunk Judge Nkola Motata who keeps crashing his expensive cars.
Or how about Magistrate Tsotsi Ronnie Rambau (the name “Tsotsi” says it all) who was arrested for corruption and later arrested again for conspiracy to commit murder after the police found a hit list in his own handwriting of the names of people involved in his corruption trial. Two witchdoctors turned state witnesses after he paid them to commit the murders of five Afrikaners, a black district magistrate and three policemen. Or how about Magistrate Michael Masinga who was convicted of attempted murder after assaulting his wife with a blunt axe, kicking her and threatening to kill her in March 2009.
Or the sex pest magistrate Collen Dumani who groped the breasts of court clerks and cleaners.
Or Magistrate Itumeleng Otsile Morake who was sentenced to eight years in prison for theft.
Or the drunk Magistrate Dawid Jacobs of Clocolan, Free State, who has been accused of presiding over cases while drunk, speaking in a disjointed manner and using strange and senseless language and incorrect and unfamiliar legal terminology and who was arrested for drunk driving and later when he had to appear in court he was also drunk.
Then we had Pretoria magistrate Musa Chauke and his wife and son who were sentenced to 12 months in prison in November 2007 for the theft of containers at Vitamine Laboratories in Midrand, Johannesburg. The Magistrates’ Commission charged him on two counts of misconduct for sending emails containing “explicit pornographic material” from his workplace computer.
And how about the dead magistrate, Nuel Maluleke, 58, who was found stabbed in the bushes next to a used condom. He had 22 children, some of them born out of wedlock. Now I ask you…how is the country ever to come right when we have judges running around committing armed robbery and the police supplying the getaway cars?

And to top it all, two acting magistrates, one from Brits and one from Garankuwa were arrested for armed robbery after they robbed a scrap metal dealer of R100,000. The getaway car belonged to a senior police official.

Now I ask you…how is the country ever to come right when we have judges running around committing armed robbery and the police supplying the getaway cars?
