This teenager was shot dead with a R5 rifle by a South African Police Service "policeman", this despite the fact that he lay on the ground with his hands on his head according to the newspaper article. Only the courts should decide who lives and who dies hey. This fool as it looks became Judge, Jury and Executioner! Only in Africa..... The "Police" have now pointed out that the policeman who killed the victim was a "student policeman", is that what you call it? This in my eyes is typical ANC spin. There is a joke I heard doing the rounds, "how do you know when the ANC and their "policemen" are lying?" "Every time they open their mouth!" Makes one laugh hey.
