“N3 Van Reenen Pass lane
closure due to overturned military tank…”
LADYSMITH: A
military tanker had fallen off its transporting trailer and landed on it’s
roof, obstructing traffic in the North left lane of the N3, earlier this
evening. According to RTI Officials and N3TC, there will be a lane closure at
Van Reenen’s Pass this evening to allow for the SANDF tanker to be recovered.
Details of the incident are still not clear, but officials are
investigating. Officials have asked motorists to approach with caution when
travelling along the N3.
