2013 Here at Arnot writes LRineque Lalla Jordaan, a gang started attacking us. A few months ago it got so bad that we all have two-way radios now and patrol each night but every night more houses are broken into, cars stolen, and people shot at. the SAPS does nothing. We are so scared at night, we have small children, could someone advise us please?
