South African Police Are Rapists

Ex cop reveals: "I left the Police because police officers with Criminal Records are a common thing. Records ranging from murder to drunk driving etc. The South African Police are riddled with Corrupt cops etc!!!!!!! I don't trust them and I never will. I investigated corrupt cops for 11 years so I know what I am talking about!!!!!!"

How is it legal in South Africa for the police to hire criminals to be cops?
