Useless cop arrived at an accident scene and had no chalk or spray paint to mark out the situation. What did he do? He took his R5-rifle and scratched the tarmac with the barrel.
And on top of it he is a captain!
Hey? No more respect for your service weapon. Plenty where they come from. Taxpayer pays so why must the police give a toss? Makes you wonder what they teach these idiots on their training.
Pity he had the safety on and a shot didn’t go off. I would have loved to see a ricochet hit him right between the eyes. Useless bastard.
