I spotted this in the Johannesburg CBD some days ago. I saw a Police
vehicle and when I approached it closer I had to laugh when I saw the sign on
the petrol cap.

I couldn't believe it. I asked myself: What happened to cause them to have to put that sign on the petrol cap. Don't they know whether their vehicles use petrol or diesel? It begs the question: How often has someone poured diesel into a petrol engined vehicle? Would this explain why some criminals aren't caught... because they're still trying to get the car started??? You never know...
