Suspected wife killer takes own life

Constable allegedly hanged himself after being arrested for plotting the murder of his wife.

A policeman allegedly hanged himself in the Pietermaritzburg Central police station cells after being arrested last week for a conspiracy to commit the murder of his wife.
Constable Sabelo Dlamini (37) from Impendle police station was arrested by the Hawks last week along with two other police officers who were working with him on the conspiracy. Dlamini and the other two officers were arrested before they could commit the crime.
Police have since opened a case with regards to this matter.
